What you are purchasing
Georgia Dealer Title Rescue is a $49 personalized administrative-navigation product. Based on the information you provide, 19Franklin organizes relevant facts, questions, documents to gather, official process references, and suggested administrative next steps into an action plan.
What the service is not
- 19Franklin is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
- The service does not investigate fraud, adjudicate disputes, determine legal rights or damages, or act on your behalf before a dealer, lender, government office, court, or other party.
- The service does not guarantee that a dealer, agency, or other party will take any particular action or that your title or registration issue will be resolved.
Your information
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. The action plan depends on the facts you submit. Do not submit information the intake specifically tells you not to provide.
Scope and professional help
Some situations are outside the product’s administrative scope, including matters involving active litigation, disputed ownership, suspected fraud, demands for legal remedies, or other circumstances that reasonably require investigation or licensed professional assistance. The qualification process is intended to identify many of these situations before purchase. If information supplied later shows that the promised administrative action plan cannot reasonably be delivered, the Refund Policy applies.
