• Payment and transaction identifiers supplied by our payment processor. 19Franklin does not receive your full payment-card number.
• Basic website and form usage information made available by the services we use to operate the site.

Information we do not ask you to provide

For the initial Georgia Dealer Title Rescue service, do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, full payment-card numbers, account passwords, or a full vehicle identification number (VIN). The intake is designed to work without those items.

How information is used

We use information to evaluate service fit, fulfill purchases, communicate with customers, provide support, maintain transaction records, improve the service, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations.

No online system can guarantee absolute security, so customers should not submit sensitive information the service does not request.
